Raja Yoga Meditation is a form of meditation accessible to all people. There are no rituals or mantras and can be practiced anywhere and at any time.
The name comes from the Sanskrit language and means ‘connection to the supreme’. It can trace its roots back over 5000 years.
It is a way of firstly connecting you to your own spiritual being and then secondly to the supreme being.
Practitioners keep their eyes open unlike in other forms of meditation. By keeping your eyes open you learn to control the mind to focus and remain calm even when you can see the distractions.
This is a seven week course.
