Visit to Scunthorpe Gurdwara

2021 saw an increase in the number of international students joining the university. Gradually after the lifting of restrictions on online study, students have been living in Lincoln and really missing not having a Gurdwara (Sikh place of collective worship) nearby. In order to provide students the opportunity to visit a Gurdwara without having to find there own way to Nottingham, Leicester or Scunthorpe which can be really daunting, the chaplaincy have organised a visit to the Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe on Sunday 13 March 9am – 2 pm  transportation will be provided for students.  Members of the community are welcome to make their own way to the Gurdwara.

For students and staff wishing to join the visit to the Gurdwara please book using this link by Tuesday 22nd February 2022

so that the chaplaincy can arrange appropriate transport.
